Welcome to Spring Symposium 2025. Expressive Artscape: Playing with Artistic Intelligence, the first Spring Symposium in Latin America!
This year, we draw inspiration from the vibrant nature, including the majestic sea, the radiant sun, and the lush tropical landscapes teeming with vibrant flora and fauna. As we gather from April 22nd to 27th, 2025, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey of creativity and exploration.
Since the 1990s, this symposium has blossomed into a beloved tradition, evolving and adapting with time to embrace diverse forms and locales. Recently, it has expanded to both virtual and in-person formats, crossing continents, and has now arrived at the enchanting doorsteps of Costa Rica.
Each Spring Symposium is graced with a meaningful theme. We’ve journeyed for example »Refinding Lost Harmonies» in Tenerife to «Restory-ing» in our last virtual gathering in 2024. Every symposium resonates with profound significance, creating spaces for healing, learning, and sharing stories among professionals.
We warmly invite the global community of teachers, psychologists, and changemakers, passionate about using the arts for transformative purposes, to join us for our thrilling new theme: «Expressive Artscape: Playing with Artistic (AI) Intelligence.» Come to Costa Rica for an enriching experience at the Expressive Arts Spring Symposium 2025.
Set against the backdrop of Costa Rica’s breathtaking landscapes, the symposium will be divided into three groups, each engaging in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities across the expansive property of Hotel Barcelo Playa Tambor.
